Awesome apartment and staff. Rooms are great for college kids and location is perfect. Very easy process to sign the lease and renew following years. Easy transportation with shuttle to and from campus every day.

I have really enjoyed the amenities here and the space that we have, as well as the community. I especially love my bathroom and closet, and having my own bedroom all to myself. The huge flatscreen TV and couch is awesome and I love the study rooms too. This place is great!

The apartment has been so nice and I love all the amenities! The staff is also very friendly. The only issue I’ve had is that when I moved in my room was covered in spider webs and bugs. I had to buy ant traps and two weeks later I am still having to kill at least 3 spiders a day and spray ants.
